HECM Calculator shows no advertising, and no one pays to be listed or move up in the lender ranking. HUD's data provides the ranking, which is based on how many HECMs each lender closed.
Because the site gathers no names or contact details, it has no information to sell and sends no leads to lenders. Clicking a lender link takes you directly to that lender's website.
Seeing a lender's name or link here does not mean that we recommend it. Ask more than one lender for a Loan Estimate. Before you apply, speak with a HUD-approved counselor.
